Municipalities with stronger public leaders
Through the VAMOS – Transforming Leadership in the Public and Third Sectors (Transformar Lideranças no Setor Público e Terceiro Setor) partnership, we supported Motriz — a joint venture between Instituto Gesto and Vetor Brasil — in launching the second cohort of the Mais Líderes (More Leaders) Program. This initiative aids municipal governments in implementing strategic management policies for public leaders. Participants engaged in a training course on Senior Management Systems, conducted a self-diagnosis of their leadership management practices, and developed pilot projects tailored to local conditions. These activities spanned over five months and included in-person meetings and mentoring sessions.
