We support initiatives that align with our mission, working collectively to fulfill our vision of transforming Brazil. In this pursuit, we develop, incubate, and invest in impact solutions that drive profound social change and generate a wealth of applied knowledge in public education and leadership development.

Impact projects and organizations

In 2023, we advanced our collaboration on state and municipal literacy initiatives within the educational sector. We also expanded leadership development programs that foster connections, encourage dialogue, and facilitate the exchange of best practices, all aimed at catalyzing the transformation of Brazil.

Concurrently, we invested in cutting-edge solutions, including artificial intelligence-based tools, to deliver a more personalized and effective education. We also compiled and analyzed data to bolster the efforts of our team, partners, and public managers. This research includes examining the representation of women and Black individuals in leadership roles, as well as exploring the correlation between the quality of education and economic growth.

We mobilize networks of organizations and leaders dedicated to finding collective solutions to the complex challenges facing Brazilian society. To this end, we facilitate dialogue among people with diverse perspectives, fostering the exchange of ideas and experiences.

Collaborate to transform

In 2023, we made significant advancements on initiatives that – through dialogue, knowledge exchange, and coordination with various stakeholders – have substantially contributed to the country's achieving more equitable progress.

We expanded the Lemann Foundation Leaders Network, connecting over 700 individuals. Additionally, we extended the VAMOS partnership to 12 states and sharpened our focus on education for ethnic-racial relations through the Alliance for Literacy.

We also wish to acknowledge the federal government's pivotal advancements in shaping public policies, such as the National Strategy for Connected Schools (Estratégia Nacional de Escolas Conectadas – ENEC), the National Commitment to Literate Children (Compromisso Nacional Criança Alfabetizada), and the issuance of the Decree on Quotas for Black People in Leadership positions within the Federal Executive Branch.
