Movimento Escola Sem Medo e de Respeito

Nova Escola, supported by the Lemann Foundation, B3 Social, Dacor, Natura Institute, and Instituto Vini Jr., has initiated the Movimento Escola de Respeito (School of Respect Movement), aimed at training the school community to address racial inequalities. The platform, which has reached over 1.2 million users, provides access to more than 130 free courses, 40 lesson plans, and expert content designed to enrich teachers' training and facilitate ongoing reflection.

In response to the distressing brazilian's school attacks throughout 2023, and with the goal of fostering a culture of peace and mental health awareness within the school community, Nova Escola launched the Movimento Escola Sem Medo (School Without Fear Movement). This initiative is supported by Ame Sua Mente, Conectando Saberes, the Lemann Foundation, Gerando Falcões, Instituto Reúna, and Motriz (a joint venture between Instituto Gesto and Vetor Brasil). The platform offers a comprehensive series of resources to aid teachers in addressing these critical issues.
