Training Black, female senior leaders in the public sector

In 2023, we collaborated on a series of initiatives aimed at training diverse senior public sector leaders. In collaboration with Brazil's National School of Public Administration (Escola Nacional de Administração Pública – ENAP), we facilitated training for 40 Black women who occupy leadership roles within the federal government. Additionally, through Motriz (a joint venture between Instituto Gesto and Vetor Brasil), in partnership with Fundação João Pinheiro, we supported the development of the program “Black Leadership in Management: A Diverse Future,” targeting Black individuals in leadership positions within state governments in Brazil.
